What we love
All of the Three Blue Ducks' locations are set against a stunning backdrop – its Byron restaurant is set amidst 80-acre farmland – and it's here that it brings its dining experience to life. As well as growing its own ingredients for its delicious meals, it also works with local farmers; uses ethical wholesome produce; and fights food waste wherever possible.
