Waste Nothing – Taste Everything. Re- is aiming to be the world's first permanent 'no waste' cocktail bar and kitchen. Featuring drinks and food made with surplus produce and byproducts that would usually be thrown in the bin.

Re- is the latest ambitious venture from Matt Whiley (a leading figure in the international bar world, and the driving force behind Scout in London and Sydney) and Maurice Terzini (Icebergs and CicciaBella).

What we love

Matt and the team have re-thought every aspect of the hospitality industry to reduce the wasteful practices; from the materials and the supply chain, all the way down to the drinks themselves (which are absolutely superb, BTW!)
