Nine Lives is a drinking den with a focus on sustainability. They serve the classics here - but have alternative ingredients to those with a big carbon footprint. Some garnishes are grown and gathered from local urban farms and you'll get bamboo straws with cocktails, too. Its zero-waste focus means that whole ingredients are used – skin, juice and pulp included – across a range of drinks and cordials.

A cocktail bar with serious sustainability creds, Nine Lives Bar makes good use of ingredients to create a menu focused around zero-waste. You get great cocktails, with locally-grown garnishes and cordials, soaps and candles made with waste fruits and oils. Look out for the 'Loops' cocktails which use ingredients previously used to create other drinks.
