Feng Sushi's focus on sustainability runs right through the business. This London chain's fish is all Marine Stewardship Council approved – it promotes fish caught in British waters and refuses to serve varieties where fish stocks are low. You’ll eat with sustainable utensils too – bamboo chopsticks in biodegradable packaging.

Feng Sushi's approach to sustainability across its whole restaurant is impressive. The leftover oil – instead of being treated as waste and disposed of – it's given a fresh lease of life and transformed into biodiesel.
